Three ways to satisfy your guest;
1. Empathy
At all times, ensure you put yourself in your guest shoes. Treat them the way you will want to be treated. It is also very important to continually teach your staff how to practice empathy.
2. Listen
Always listen to your guest, this will help you serve the better. Even when they seem difficult, if you listen to them carefully you will get some many information that will give you ideas on how to improve your hotel.
3. Your services should meet up to your guest expectation. Always ensure your facilities, amenities and services are upgraded and updated.
