1. All passengers should arrive at the airport 4 hours before the flight departure time to have enough time to go through the check-in process that now includes the Covid-19 protocols. 2. All intending passengers must fill the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) online and have a printout ready for check-in. Use the portal  www.rbc.gov.rw  to access the PLF. 3. As of 01 November 2020, RwandAir is providing free Travel Insurance to all passengers which is included in the ticket fare. A Travel Insurance certificate has been provided to you and must be filled out with the passengers’ details at the time of issuing their tickets and printed out as well. NB: Handwritten certificates will not be accepted. 4. All passengers traveling to Uganda must apply for their visas online and obtain approval before departing Nigeria. 5.
