Tips on rendering good customer service. Experiences i have had as related to customer service, in some places like hotels, restaurant etc was quite heartbreaking Having chats with business owners especially the service based industry, you hear all sorts of complains from low patronage to delays in salaries or no cash at all to pay and before you know it, the business is closed, disheartening i must say. Its time investors especially those in the hospitality industry take staff training seriously and make it a priority. We have to understand that, most customers who come to the hotel or restaurant do not even get to see you. Your staff represents you and the company and what ever they potray is what the customer holds on to. Tips on rendering good customer service: 1. Educate your staff on what you or your company stands for. Let them know why you decided to render a particular service. 2. Ensure your staff gets trained before attending to guest. 3.                            ABIA STATE CULTURE AND TOURISM                                                           Abia State, Nigeria is a state in southeastern Nigeria created in 1991 from part of Imo State. The citizens are predominantly Igbo. The capital is Umuahia, although the major commercial city is Aba, formerly a British colonial government outpost. Arochukwu is the third largest city.
