In less than 24 hours that Aero contractors suspended its operation, another airline has short down operations too. The decision was taken in order to ensure that the airline carried out the required maintenance of its aircraft, The Director-General of the NCAA, Capt. Muhtar Usman said.

Nigeria and the United Kingdom (UK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on immigration. Aero Contractors has suspended its operations in Nigeria. Currently all staff of the airline are nowhere to be found. It was recorded that the decision was impromptu as passengers had checked in before they discovered. They requested for their refund and luggage.
