Your hotel should always have a feel of being home away from home.
Here are some suggested tips to enjoy repeat visit from your guest:

1. In your hotel, make sure good customer service starts from the gate.
2. Front office staff must be neat, well dressed/groomed and MUST be PLEASANT
3. Guest check in time should be as short as possible
4. Linens, trash can, refrigerator, washroom etc MUST be sparkling.
5. All unseen corners should be cleaned daily.
6. Food and beverage department must be deliberate in ensuring tasty meals are served.
7. Room service time should be as short as possible.
8. Empathy can NEVER be over emphasized
9. Follow up on your feedback forms to guide you on areas to improve on.

About Oguta and Orashi river in Imo state

One of such wonders is hiding in  Nigeria , in Imo  state, within the rainforests of the  Niger-Delta . In Imo State, there are two angry rivers flow side-by-side without ever coming together, namely Oguta Lake and Orashi river. Nigeria finally resumes train............

Finally the long awaited train transport service between Abuja and Kaduna is officially opened today 26th day of July 2016 by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari. The light rail project was accomplished by the collaboration between the Nigerian and Chinese Governmet. The idea of the rail station was initiated by the Former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo. It is expected that the service will take passengers from Abuja to Kaduna.
