 1. NORTH CENTRAL- (7 States) Niger, Kogi, Benue, Plateau, Nassarawa, Kwara and FCT.
2. NORTH EAST- (6 States) Bauchi, Borno, Taraba, Adamawa, Gombe and Yobe.
3. NORTH WEST- (7 States) Zamfara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Kebbi, Katsina, Kano and Jigawa.
4. SOUTH EAST- (5 States) Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi, Abia and Anambra
5. SOUTH SOUTH – (6 States) Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Rivers, Cross River and Delta.
6. SOUTH WEST- (6 States) Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo, Lagos and Ogun.b

Tourist sites in Edo state for revamp

The Edo State government has penciled down more tourist sites and destinations for revamp, following the positive disposition of private developers to invest in the sector. Commissioner for Arts, Culture, Tourism and Diaspora Affairs, Mr. Osazee Osemwingie-Ero, disclosed this to journalists in Benin City, the state capital. According to the commissioner, “We have visited several of our prized tourist sites and destinations, some of them have long been abandoned, some need maintenance while some need revamp, which we intend to do through public private partnership (PPP).” He added that his team has also “visited the Crocodile Lake in Lampese, the Somorika and Ososo Hills. Applicants are to visit the consulate office in the country they reside. Travelers can also obtain visa on arrival. About Oguta and Orashi river in Imo state

One of such wonders is hiding in  Nigeria , in Imo  state, within the rainforests of the  Niger-Delta . In Imo State, there are two angry rivers flow side-by-side without ever coming together, namely Oguta Lake and Orashi river. Airline operators in Nigeria are going through a tough time now as there is scarcity of aviation fuel. It was gathered that various flights experience delays and cancellations. The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority through its spokes person Mr Sam Adeogboye advised airline operators to cut down operations on flights to reduce the frustrations passengers are currently experiencing. www.ncaa.org Marketers in the petroleum industry are having challenges because of the constraint in the purchase of foreign currency.
