Air passengers escape death!

Dana flight 9J0363 from Abuja to Port Harcourt escaped disaster as the aircraft skidded off the run way upon landing. No casualty was recorded as Passengers were evacuated by Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria officials. Strong wind and stormy weather was stated to be the cause.

An EgyptAir flight reported missing between Paris and Cairo has crashed, French President Francois Hollande confirmed. The Airbus A320 with 66 people on board disappeared from radar at 02:30 Cairo time (00:30 GMT), soon after leaving Greek airspace. Greece's defence minister says Flight MS804 made "sharp turns" and plunged before dropping off the radar. A major search is under way in seas south of the Greek island of Karpathos. Greek and Egyptian armed forces are involved in the effort, and France has offered to send boats and planes. Mr Hollande said he was keeping an open mind about the cause of the crash. "We will draw conclusions when we have the truth about what happened," he said. "Whether it was an accident, or whether it was - and it's something that is on our minds - terrorism."   Bar Beach was a very popular tourist site some Years back especially during festive seasons. These young stars shared their talent of rapping with me. It is on the Atlantic Ocean along Lagos shoreline. Bar Beach is situated at Victoria Island, Lagos State Nigeria.   A little history of the beach : It was actually a venue where armed robbers and Coup plotters were executed by firing squad in the 70’s. From the 80’s it started overflowing its banks, which resulted to flooding that led to loss of lives and properties. In 2000’s the serving Governor of Lagos state, commissioned   EKO Atlantic city, 2016 precisely.   Eko Atlantic city is currently sited on Bar Beach with a plan of Building residential and business district which will occupy 10million Square meters with 8.5kilometer long sea wall.
