What exactly is the economic importance of trains in Nigeria?


I had a chat with a senior friend today and he mentioned this about the introduction of train service in Nigeria.
He said it will definitely have a positive effect on the economy.
Some of the areas he highlighted were:
1. Safety
2. Time will be saved
3. Goods will move freely
4. The free movement of goods will bring down the cost of products
5. People can live in the neighboring states and work in the capital
7. Decongestion on our roads
These are some of his thoughts.

Imo is one of the 36 states of Nigeria and lies in the South East of Nigeria with Owerri as its capital and largest city. About Oguta and Orashi river in Imo state

One of such wonders is hiding in  Nigeria , in Imo  state, within the rainforests of the  Niger-Delta . In Imo State, there are two angry rivers flow side-by-side without ever coming together, namely Oguta Lake and Orashi river. Water flows into it mainly from the Njaba river and to a lesser degree, the  Uju ,  Awbana  and  Urashi   rivers. It is two of these rivers that flow side-by-side, parallel to each other, without ever coming together. Bar Beach Lagos, Nigeria.

  Bar Beach was a very popular tourist site some Years back especially during festive seasons. These young stars shared their talent of rapping with me. It is on the Atlantic Ocean along Lagos shoreline. Bar Beach is situated at Victoria Island, Lagos State Nigeria.   A little history of the beach : It was actually a venue where armed robbers and Coup plotters were executed by firing squad in the 70’s. From the 80’s it started overflowing its banks, which resulted to flooding that led to loss of lives and properties. In 2000’s the serving Governor of Lagos state, commissioned   EKO Atlantic city, 2016 precisely.   Eko Atlantic city is currently sited on Bar Beach with a plan of Building residential and business district which will occupy 10million Square meters with 8.5kilometer long sea wall.
