Nigeria Government sues Turkish Airlines



The Federal Government of Nigeria took Turkish Airline to court over the violation of passenger human right.
A three count charge was filed against the airline and two of its principal officers, Liker Ayci and Rasak Shobowale. The persistent refusal of the airline to respond to the request by the Consumer Protection Council led to the prosecution.
The accused persons were arraigned on the number of passengers aboard the TK 623 flight from Istanbul on the 25th and 31st December, 2015 and 9th January, 2016 of which there was untimely delivery of baggage's. And this is an offence punishable by the CPC ACT.
